Closing & Escrow

Funds disbursements, purchase contract execution, and property ownership transfer are essential to successful real estate transactions.  We manage the entire process of residential closing, from the preparation of the closing disclosure to the distribution of funds, document recordings, and home warranty.

Opening an escrow order or reserving a closing date is easy. Simply provide the buyer and sellers names, the property address and the date you want to close. We’ll handle the rest.

Whether it is a ground-up build, property rehab or tenant finish work, we manage escrows ranging from small single-family homes to billion-dollar mixed-use developments.

Our construction disbursing officers coordinate with other title departments to provide a seamless transition from the acquisition of the land through completion of construction. During construction, we assign an underwriter and construction disbursing officer to help clients prepare escrow agreements. We then set up construction draws as soon as the work begins.
