Organized early in 2018 and licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance in the Summer of 2018, Title Partners, LLC is one of the youngest independent title insurance agencies in the State of Texas.
While being a newly licensed independent agency, the “escrow operation” has been in existence for more than thirty years and the cumulative title and escrow experience of the twenty-five team members on the date of licensing exceeded 325 years!
The organizational structure of Title Partners, LLC is based upon the closing and escrow operations of William M. Woodall, P.C., a law firm that represented Chicago Title Insurance Company in closing both local and national real estate transactions, for the previous ten years. During this ten-year period, the closing and escrow operations of William M. Woodall, P.C. dba Chicago Title were unmatched by any similar operations in the State of Texas, as the team ranked highest in the statistical reports maintained by the Texas Department of Insurance for eight of the ten years. These results were achieved without any consideration of the “national transactions” that were administered in any given year.
Based upon the success of the prior ten years, the decision was made to grow the business through the operation of an independent title insurance agency and the ability to represent additional top ranked underwriters. While we intend to maintain our professional relationship with FNF family of underwriters, we are submitting licenses to represent both First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Additional underwriters will be considered as our staffing and business requirements generate additional opportunities.
Every team member from William M. Woodall, P.C. dba Chicago Title has joined the Title Partners, LLC team, a team that now includes William M. Woodall, P.C. dba First American Title Company. Our operational foundation built upon respect for each other, trust, professionalism, integrity and the common goal of providing the utmost superior client service, has proven to fuel both our momentum and our growth.
We cannot effectively thank our clients and customers for their past support or their continued support of Title Partners, LLC. What we do promise is that we will continue to provide the highest level of service, service that we are known for, and we will continue to grow our Dallas and our National title services to better fulfill the title insurance needs.
