Debby Moore is a senior national commercial escrow officer for Title Partners. She has an extensive background in the title insurance and real estate industry which spans almost 30 years. This has allowed Debby to perfect the process of closing from commitments through policy. Her in-depth experience and working knowledge of the industry allows her to handle some of the most complex commercial transactions in Texas and nationally. Her expertise of the Texas Department of Insurance rules and regulations, including the application of the procedural and rate rules as they pertain to any commercial transactions in Texas, but Debby is also a well-versed multi-state closer.

Debby joined Title Partners in 1998 as an escrow officer with William M. Woodall, PC, the fee attorney office of American Title Company and LandAmerica American Title Company and transitioned with the office in 2008 when it became affiliated with Chicago Title Insurance Company. She closes commercial transactions for properties located locally in the metroplex, statewide and nationally. Throughout her career, Debby has closed transactions of all property types, single transactions, and portfolios, with purchase/loan amounts ranging as high as $750 million.
