Marc Sambol is a Dallas-based business development professional who brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial experience, competitive discipline, and strong local relationships to Title Partners. Having lived in Dallas since 1993, Marc has deep roots in the community and a natural ability to connect with clients and partners across the DFW market.

Marc graduated from Highland Park High School before continuing to Southern Methodist University, where he earned his degree and was a four-year letterman on the SMU Men’s Golf Team. Following college, he spent eight seasons caddying on the PGA Tour, developing a high-performance mindset and relationship-driven approach that continues to shape his professional style today. His time on tour was highlighted by a victory at the 2018 Safeway Open.

In 2022, Marc founded Other Side Turf, a residential and commercial artificial turf company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Under his leadership, the company quickly established a strong presence in the market and was successfully sold in 2026. Through this experience, Marc built an extensive network of builders, developers, and real estate professionals throughout North Texas.

At Title Partners, Marc focuses on expanding relationships with residential and commercial real estate professionals, delivering a high level of service, responsiveness, and reliability throughout the transaction process. His entrepreneurial background and local market knowledge allow him to anticipate client needs and create long-term partnerships built on trust.

Marc lives in Dallas with his wife, Molly Grace, and their daughter, Scarlett. Outside of work, he remains an avid golfer and enjoys cooking and entertaining family and friends.
